Cerakote® is a specialized coating composed of a polymer-ceramic compound. The ceramic coating benefits the connectors by providing and enhancing physical components including improving the wear and tear over time.

Please note that you may need to sharpen your knife over time. This will remove a bit the paint but only on the sharpened part.
